NextiraOne achieves Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence

Lichfield, United Kingdom - 03 March 2010 - NextiraOne, Europe’s expert in communications services, has been named by Cisco Systems as achieving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence in the United Kingdom. Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. NextiraOne UK will be recognised for Customer Satisfaction Excellence in the Cisco Partner Locator with a special star indicator. This identifies NextiraOne as having achieved outstanding customer satisfaction as part of Cisco’s worldwide assessment process and is an important indicator for customers, Cisco personnel and partners.

Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based on customer feedback assessed each quarter in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool.  Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners that have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region. On announcing the success, Bernadette Wightman, Managing Director, Channels Cisco UKI commented: "Customer Satisfaction Excellence is a core value we both share and a key driver of our current and future success.
