News : Opelika Afni Location to Hire 100+

May 13, 2012 -- The Opelika operations center for Afni will hire more than 100 customer sales Web chat representatives in May and June, the company recently announced.

Afni, a provider of contact center and business solutions for Fortune 1000 companies, will be taking applications and conducting on-site interviews.

"We have experienced such success in Opelika and the surrounding community, and are delighted to continue to expand our workforce here," said Steven Turner, Afni’s human resource manager.

Afni’s customer sales Web chat representatives interact with Afni clients’ customers over the Web, answering product questions, and selling products and services via chat, according to a news release.

Afni employees are eligible for bonuses and benefits such as 401 (k), medical, dental, vision and life insurance after 60 days on the job.
