Sage CRM Helps PCS Technology Open Doors to Increased Sales Success
Jul 28, 2010 – New Delhi, India,: Sage India today announced that PCS Technology has successfully implemented Sage CRM as their CRM tool to track sales leads, opportunities, customers and the overall sales team’s performance. The company was looking for a hosted CRM solution which could be accessed by their sales team anytime anywhere on the move. Sage CRM as a web based solution gives the team this flexibility. Over 130 sales people across 32 branches access Sage CRM to keep track of their daily activities, customer interaction and sales opportunities.

Also Sage CRM has been configured as per the unique business processes followed by the frontline team which has ensured quick user adoption. With Sage CRM the team can easily access all current and historical account details and activities, manage multiple opportunities and keep track of sales leads from start to close.
