State-owned Power Companies's New Call Center is a Success

Santo Domingo, August 24, 2010 – With 71% cases solved and a client satisfaction rate of 93%, State-owned Power Companies's new call center is a success, according to a report from the CDEEE's Coomunications Department.

The new Center for Information and Communication (ICODEN) served 472 clients during its first month in operation. The report points out that 84% of calls were from the National District and the province of Santo Domingo.

ICODEN telephone numbers are 809 508-9111 and 1-200-2111 for calls from outside the Santo Domingo area.
