News : Teleopti strengthens workforce optimization network with CyberTech partnership

STOCKHOLM, January 13, 2011 – Teleopti, a provider of solutions for strategic Workforce Management (WFM), today announced a partnership with CyberTech, a call recording provider. Teleopti joins CyberTech’s other providers of communications platforms, speech analytics software and enterprise storage systems.

Since we decided to include the SDK (Software Development Kit), enabling 3rd party integrations and add on development in every delivery of Teleopti CCC, we have seen more and more integrations taking place. The alliance with CyberTech puts a stamp of approval on this integration, which offers joint customers a new and strong WFO offering" says Olle Düring CEO Teleopti.

Teleopti CCC is a workforce management solution that encompasses everything that’s needed to deliver outstanding agent and management performance in the contact center. The solution is especially strong on core WFM functionality such as forecasting, scheduling and reporting. Numerous options to further tailor Teleopti CCC into the contact center include real-time tools, agent self-service, WFO integration, payroll integration and third party add-on modules.
