News : The Automotive Resource Network Plans Relocation to Florida

NEW YORK, April 10, 2012 -- The Automotive Resource Network Holdings (ARNH.PK) announced today that the company will move all operations into a new Executive Office Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This decision to centralize activities into a single location was made during a series of meetings held earlier this month involving TheARN's Board of Directors, top Executives and other key personnel, and is scheduled to be implemented over the next 60 days.
The new corporate offices will house offices for the company's top executives as well as accounting, marketing and product development personnel, its newly formed motorsport marketing division, a customer service call center, an outbound product sales call center, and a training center.
This announcement of this move comes on the heels of a series of actions the company has recently taken to strengthen its structure and streamline its operations in preparation for a series of major upcoming marketing campaigns. Within the past month TheARN has reported a significant reduction in its debt, a decrease in its authorized shares, a new exclusive product launch, a turnkey system offering financing and other new unique services for the used car market, an agreement with Power Brands to spearhead and develop its marketing and branding initiatives, network marketing license agreements, an email marketing system, DRTV commercials & sponsors, and the solidification of marketing agreements with key personnel and partners.
Kathy Roberton, CEO of The ARN, commented, "This is a wise strategic move for the company in many ways and without a doubt it makes sense from an economic stand point. TheARN will be closing its offices in Dallas, Texas and New York City effective June 1st and I will be moving to South Florida to personally oversee this relocation. Having all of these company operations on one campus will allow the company's various departments and units to share resources, cut operating costs, better train our associates, and continue to grow and develop TheARN Culture. There are many concrete reasons to implement this move at this time, including a more favorable state tax structure, the availability of prime real estate without inflated cost, easier access for both local employees and national associates and vendors, and a ready pool of top call center sales talent. Our new location will also give us close access to key vendors, associates and contacts including our DRTV film crew, our new mass email marketing partner, WrapMail, key associate Rich Hays, who heads up our product development and motorsports divisions, and several of the company's top distributors."
