News : Ultra Communications Strengthens its Cloud Contact Centre Team
Fareham, Hampshire, 14th June 2012. Ultra Communications today announced a significant growth in staff numbers to meet the growing demand for Cloud contact centre services.
With sales revenues growing, Ultra has taken on 11 new personnel within its Development, Client Support, Testing, Sales, Project Management and Marketing Teams over the past four months to enhance the Ultra suite of contact centre services and better serve clients.
Amongst Ultra's new appointments is Michael Gray, who has joined the company in the new position of Marketing Director. Michael has worked in the customer contact industry for over 20 years both in-house and as a marketing consultant for leading companies such as Garlands Call Centres, Aspect Software, O2, Intel, Nortel and BT.
