V1 Document Management and Kerr Consulting Partner to Provide Service

Floridabased, electronic document management company V1 Document Management recently signed a strategic partnership with Sage software re-seller, Kerr Consulting. This partnership enables Kerr Consulting’s customers across the USA to replace the paper-based delivery, storage, retrieval and management of business documents with paperless, automated processes.

 

Kerr Consulting will be re-selling V1 Document Management’s full product suite for the electronic creation, delivery, authorization, management and storage of business documents integrated into the Sage Accpac enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to the organizations across the USA.

 

Dave Kerr, founder and managing partner of Kerr Consulting, comments, "We are really impressed with the advanced functionality of V1 Document Management’s solutions, their proven ability to integrate into Sage and the company’s excellent reputation within the Sage marketplace. By electronically delivering, storing, retrieving and authorizing business documents directly from their Sage Accpac systems, Kerr Consulting’s customers can cut stationery, postage and storage costs, improve document processing efficiency and free-up filing cabinet space. Using V1 Document Management’s automated invoice capture solution, users can also automatically capture data from incoming invoices, reducing manual data entry by up to 90 per cent.

Kerr continues, "With V1 Document Management as our document management partner, our Sage Accpac customers now have the ability to automate manually intensive business processes, considerably reducing the production, circulation and storage of paper including invoices, statements and contracts. Customers can also expect a swift return on their investment."
