News : Xerox Adding 100 Jobs to Nashville Call Center

July 30, 2012 -- Xerox (NYSE: XRX) is expanding its Nashville call center, the company announced today.
The expansion will add 100 new jobs over the next month.
The following are excerpts from today's news release:
Xerox has a 50,263 square foot call center located at 801 Royal Parkway, Suite 200, in Nashville, that provides customer care support on behalf of Xerox clients.
"Thousands of companies rely on Xerox’s business process and information technology services every day," said Craig Slone, general manager of Xerox’s Nashville operations. "Nashville has proven to be a great resource of talented employees and it makes strong economic sense to expand our operations here."
Xerox currently employs 8,000 in Tennessee with about 1,000 employees at its customer care center in Nashville.
