About Mario Lopez:
Mario Lopez has over 8 years experience in the contact center / telecommunications industries. He has experience as a contact center sales manager, operations manager and general manager. He has a Masters in Industrial Administration and currently teaches Marketing and Customer Service at Preston University. He was one of the founding member of the Contact Center commission in Guatemala and currently is a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to Transactel, he had been an independent consultant in process management and reengineering.
