Submit Application To enter for the ContactCenterWorld Top Ranking Performers World Awards, go to the Enter Now page. Fill out the short online application, and check off the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box. Then, hit Register, and you will receive a password for the login. Complete Payment Payment can be done via a fax back form, which is customized for your convenience. Go to your awards login to see the form, which is listed under each contact center you enter. Online Judging The judging will be based on an online question and answer section. The questions will be made available within your awards login where you can revisit the award entry as many times as you like, before making your final submission. View sample questions A panel of independant judges will then review the question and answer portion, and score them accordingly. All entrant names, company names and details, which may reveal the identity of an entrant will be removed from all award entries prior to judging. This means that these awards are completely unbiased! Back to Top |

Short List We have a list of both Presenter and Non-Presenter categories. This means that as a non-presenting category entrant, you will complete the questions and answers portion, and will be judged solely by our judges. The judges will determine the highest score, and we will notify these as finalists. If you are a finalist, you will be invited to the conference and gala, and those who win will receive their medal at the gala dinner. Highly Commended When the Judges have made their final decisions, the entrants will be sorted into three groups: The finalists, the highly commended, and those who's scores were not high enough to continue with the competition. The Highly Commended will be invited to attend the regional conference and gala to receive a certificate and recognition of a job well done. More info on the Conferences. Back to Top |

Scoring The entrants will be scored online by our judges on the question and answer portion. The entrants will then make a presentation in front of the delegation at their regional conference and are judged. Scoring will be 50/50, half by our judges, and half by the delegates attending the conference. Back to Top |

Finalists Once the online judging is complete, the finalists from each presenting category will be notified. All entrants will be directed to their awards login to see which categories they are finalists for. If you are a finalist, you will be invited to present at the regional finals in which you entered. Details regarding the upcoming conference and presentation requirements will be made available. Back to Top |

Presentations/Voting by Delegates From every category, there are several presenters. These are the highest scoring entrants from each category in a single region, voted on by our panel of judges.
The presenters are then voted on by the conference
delegates, and the votes are tallied to determine the gold medal winner. |

Award Presentation Presenter Categories: Once the finalists have made their presentations, the delegates will fill out their score sheets, and the scores will be tallied the following day. The evening of the third day (the gala), the winners will be announced and receive their medals. Non-Presenter Categories: Once the judges have made their decisions, the winners will be announced and receive their medals at the gala dinner. Only those who receive the title of highly commended will receive a certificate at the conference and gala. If you are a highly commended entrant, you will be notified and invited to the conference and gala, to be awarded your certificate and recieve recognition. Back to Top |
