Industry Champion Award
This award is presented to an industry champion as voted for by the members of contact center industry associations around the world. It's easy to enter and be nominated and there are no fees involved. To see the award we have for the different associations, select the one you belong to from the list below. If your association is not listed, please contact them and ask them to participate in the program - there is no fee to the association.
How the award program works
- Each industry association in the program will have a dedicated page where all those wishing to participate can enter for free
- ContactCenterWorld.com will manage the entire program on behalf of the associations and once all nominees are in, votes will be collected from members of the association who will vote on line.
- In May 2010 the program will close for voting and a shortlist of potential winners for each Association will be published and the finalists will be invited to attend the 2010 Top Ranking Performers Conference and Gala Dinner where a winner will be named for each Association. The winner for each association will then go into a global competition where voters from around the world will vote for whom they think is the 2010 global industry champion and the winner will be announced live in Las Vegas in November 2010
