There is nobody out there right now that is purely selling an ACD right now; what they are selling is an ACD with a contact distributor but with a number of features around that. ACD is becoming more of a software type of application; queuing, routing, reporting, where they used to be on a proprietary hardware base. I would suggest that customers start to look at how those types of things are going to be software but do it in a reliable and scalable fashion as opposed to a toy that is not going to work for them. -Mike Sheridan of RockwellFirstPoint Contact
