With the constant stream of new technology and applications presented to us on a daily basis, do research amongst your customers before installing some solutions. For example, if you are going to implement an auto attendant service, check with your customers (a good sample of them) what they would like to be presented with when they call in and what their expectations may be (e.g. how many different options per menu etc). By doing this research you may save yourself time, money and energy (there have been many cases of companies installing new technology only to throw it out when customers complain!)
