Yesterday I read an advert from a holiday company. I liked what I saw and thought I’d give them a call. It was Sunday afternoon and so I checked the message next to the telephone number which read “Open 7 days a week – 8 till late” I called them and was therefore surprised when I received a message “Our lines are closed please call back during weekdays 8am-8pm or during the hours of 8-4pm on Saturdays or 9 till 1pm on Sundays”
- I did not expect this response – the advert had set my expectations and I was a disappointed customer and went to one of their competitors!
