Simulations are not new. A lot of companies have simulation types of solutions. The key is making sure they represent real life examples, and duplicate that as closely as possible. The most important thing relative to getting a simulation, is keeping up with the change that goes on in applications and technologies within a contact center. You need to have the simulations easy to modify so you can keep pace with all of the changes in technology and applications as they occur.
