Role of my contact center as outbound call channel to delivery sales and non sales activity.. Sales Activity : To offer TELKOMSEL, the biggest Indonesian Mobile Service Provider, product. We put forward customer needs as a base to choose appropriate product. So that customer agree to purchase with higher price, then Telkomsel will gain revenue more; Outbound Call Center operate 1000 agents and 130 non agents (Supervisor, Team Leader, Campaign Officer, Sales Support, Quality Control, Product Analyst), 45 campaign product. Those resources located in four big cities in Indonesia such as Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, and Makasar.
