very much liked the format; there were competitions in several categories;
operations of call center, quality, training, hr and recruitement and retention, systems/it, telesales; format was a selection of 6 speakers making a presentation on each category;
in kazan (tatarstan) we have our facility;
are there any interested call center heads who want to form a professional group in taterstan for development of call center professionals?
