With the spread of COVID-19 pandemic engendering protracted period of social distancing and  a number of elections on the horizon, however, this-in-person may no longer viable from a public health standpoint. How, then, can campaigns effectively engage voters while engaging in such distancing?

Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) is an automated telephony system that directly interacts with the people in order to gather desired information and route the calls to the specified recipients. It has played a major role in Election or Voting system since its existence as it possesses a large number of benefits.
