New Process Empowerment...

Telecommuting job, now we are moving to this way for certain sectors and industries. They are adapting and accelarating within Pandemi situation as a trigger of change.

We can start to get feel on how we work on Telecommuting mode. No body knows, this can last shorter, longer or even become our future permanent working mode.

So, we need to be prepare...

Yes, We need to prepare Telecommuting-Business Process that potentially become permanent solution. In example on how new process empowerment, new control-monitoring steps, adjusting measurement such as staff productivity, system performance and other related things. With objective to gain optimum performance and result.

It needs more understanding from the leader and team member that telecommuting situation needs individual adjustment. Collaboration of some matters such as : Empowerment, Trust from Leader on how the team member can manage their profesional job within out-of-office circumstances and Self-driven by team member with lower visual supervision, will be the important factors to be done.

Yeah, it is other challenge, that is facing by WFH. Many backgrounds are coming such as : sound, family matter, laptop/pc problem, agents contact rates, etc.

Yes, it is about New Process and how its empowerment.

Challenging situation will trigger new creativities.
