Tijden veranderen....

Zomer 2011; "de natste zomer sinds 1909",  kopte "de Telegraaf" vandaag, maar tevens een van de drukste zomers voor bemiddelaars sinds deze eeuw. Nooit eerder was de vraag in de zomerperiode zo groot! Volgens mij duidelijk een voorbode van wat ons te wachten staat de komende tijd; het is duidelijk merkbaar dat bemiddelaars minder snel en makkelijk het juiste personeel vinden, waarbij vooral management posities moeilijker invulbaar worden. Men voorspelt een krapte op de arbeidsmarkt; ik denk dat die voorspelling wel eens bewaardheid kan worden....

Dus..tijd om de komende jaren te gebruiken om meer te investeren in mensen die niet per definitie het eerste aansluitende profiel hebben? Tijd om nieuwe doelgroepen aan te boren? Tijd om eens verder te kijken naar je planning en je af te vragen of elke medewerker nou echt 104 uren per week beschikbaar moet zijn? Tijd om je personeelsbestand eens onder de loep te nemen?

Ik denk het wel, want anders zijn er straks heel veel vacatures en is er heel weinig personeel beschikbaar voor invulling daarvan! Investeer dus in ontwikkeling en denk na over hoe je mensen kunt binden; laat ons er dan maar voor zorgen dat wij de juiste medewerker vinden, buiten de gebaande paden! resultaat? Gegarandeerd succes voor de toekomst!
