Contact Center Professional Indonesia have Fun at Wisata Kampoeng Batik Cirebon

On October 2010, one of the largest BPO held an event using Travel Train Package in having a Refreshment and Networking event with the Contact Center Professional Indonesia attend by organization from Banking, Insurance, Financing, Electricity, Transportation, Telecommunication and Mobile Broadband Management Team.  In the same event also Persada handover few Appreciation and Rewards to Best Call Center Agents from various Clients.

CS Championship Event

On September 1st, 2010, BCA by HALO BCA again elected as the Grand Championship First Winner for CS Championship, follow by Telkomsel and Telkom.

This are our picture with all HALO BCA Team who performed and secure several medals for BCA, this becoming special with the attendance of Owner and the Senior Management of BCA.

Certified as SIX SIGMA Yellow Belt for Contact Center

On July Grace Heny and Diana attended SIX SIGMA Contact Center Class in Singapore and now I just received the good news passing the SIX SIGMA Testing and Certified as Yellow Belt.

Visit Halo BCA event

On July 19th, Contact Center Management from 6 companies were having a sharing session event when visiting Halo BCA Contact Center.  Halo BCA also just won few Gold Winner from Contact Center World - Gold Coast event. This event to Halo BCA Contact Center arranged by Grace and hosted by the 'famous' Mrs Nathalya Wani Sabu.

Mrs Wani just won an appreciation from the Gold Coast event as Best Leader and in total Indonesia received 4 Gold Medals from Halo BCA contribution.

Halo BCA will go for Las Vegas by November 2010 this year.
