The South African BPM & Contact Centre has become such a vibrant industry, with both local and international brands working together to improve the quality of service; making a significant impact on job creation and skills development.
Partnering with Contact Center World has given us an opportunity to align with global industry standards and give us access to best practice tools. With our local industry awards underway, I have to reflect on the journey and how our stakeholders have shown their support on so many levels.
Our entries have increased by 50% and this is a massive leap for industry, just one year after relaunching as a national industry body.
I cannot thank CCW enough for the support they have given us throughout this process, our sponsors for enabling us to execute this campaign and our judges for volunteering their time so selflessly.
We are at the halfway mark now and I look forward to the next few months as we go through our interviews and prepare for our Awards Dinner.
