Pronexus, now in its 17th year of operation and the developer of Pronexus VBVoice™, the leading Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application development toolkit, announced today that they have attained Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft® Partner Program with a competency in ISV Software Solutions.
In order to achieve Gold Certified Partner status, Pronexus had to meet stringent Microsoft standards for software competency and customer satisfaction. As a Gold Certified Partner, Pronexus has demonstrated a solid knowledge of Microsoft’s technology and the ability to provide a best-in-class software solution that meets their customers’ needs. Partners who have achieved Gold status receive benefits including training, ongoing support, and access, giving them an advantage over their competition.
