I recently purchased some appliances for my home and opted for a 12 month interest free finance through Citi. When i got my first bill there was an error so I tried to call the toll free number and boy what a hassle - if you have a dispute you are advised to write in or send a fax and the company will write back! Why they can't take information over the phone or by email beats me. It would take much longer to deal with a query by letter when they no doubt will be chasing me for payment. Not a good example of customer service Citi!
