Customer Mentality - Tejaswi Grace Parker - ContactCenterWorld.com Blog
Put yourself in your customers shoes when you sell your product. Would you buy, what you’re selling? if your answer is ‘yes’, your product is bound to be a hit. If your answer is ‘no’ then you should rethink what you have done.
A product could be anything from a consumable item to a software application. We try to build things that are widely used and our customer is benefited from it; our hard work is paid off once the customer goes about doing marketing for our product themselves. This way you save time and money doing marketing. You have a special relationship with your customers, so if they do marketing for you through word of mouth, you can give them benefits or discounts. There are many companies that have loyalty programs and make efforts to give as much benefits to their customers as possible.
A consumer can also do negative marketing for you, if he or she is dissatisfied with your service or product, and you have done nothing to convince them otherwise. To counter such problems, it is vital that a business must have a good customer support that is patient and ready to solve any customer issues. It is a waste if you have a 24×7 customer support without quality assistance.
A business that provides loyalty benefits to their clients and gives 100% quality support is a success. You have achieved your goal.
