Exciting Times at CallTower - CallTower - ContactCenterWorld.com Blog
I recently rejoined the CallTower team in early October as Regional Channel Manager. The old CallTower back in 2010-2011 had a strategic go to market plan with two national partners expanding our customer base utilizing the Flagship Cisco Call Manager solution with Microsoft OCS.
The new CallTower today has come full circle with sales and marketing. We are a totally new team, focused on our customers and partners. While maintaining our strategic national partners, CallTower has recently added an Indirect Channel Division lead by our VP of Channel Sales, William Rubio. William brings over 20 + years of industry – channel experience and committed to building the program with nationwide partners and VAR’s. William and I worked together over the previous few years and are a great team! The new CallTower Channel Division is focusing on vetting new partners and introducing our best in breed solutions including Voice Enabled Microsoft Lync 2013 along with Cisco Call Manager 8.6 and expanding to over 62 countries.
As part of our retention initiative, the new CallTower has added AO’s (Account Owners) to every account. AO’s are assigned individual customers to maintain and support accounts and manage the life cycle of a customer. The AO is made up of ALL CT employees including Managers, Directors and the Executive Management Team. This provides additional support to our customers while keeping all employees involved with our customers.
These are truly exciting times at the New CallTower as we close out 2013 and add partners specifically in the Northeast Region that I manage. CallTower and I look forward to expanding our customer base with product innovation and customer support in 2014.
