Great Members Meet in Istanbul with Alotech.

This Monday we met with members in Turkey in a joint event with Alotech/Call Center Studio  who sponsored the session which was attended by over 100 professionals

Raj Wadhwani, our President shared 80 minutes of best practices from around the Contact Center World.

At the end of the sessiion, Raj also presented several companies with awards for their best practices - all winners in the 16th annual Global Top Ranking Performers Awards - Best in Europe, Middle East & Africa 2021. These included Aegon Insurance, Comdata, Borusan Otomotiv, Pusula Call Center, Vodafone, TEB, ING, Media Markt.

We were at Call & Contact Centre Expo 2021 in London

Team members from took a stand/booth at Call & Contact Centre Expo in London 16-17th Nov. There we signed up new members as well as promoted our awards and best practice conferences. We were official media partners and the only association representing the entrre UK  

We also took the opportunity to present Award winning Executive Dave D'arcy of Ringcentral his Gold Medal for being named Best leader in Europe, Middle East & Africa 2021
