With our desire to provide ongoing awareness of the ACA, CoWorx Staffing Services wanted to share that on December 30, 2015, Staffing Industry Analyst provided a notification that Bloomberg reported, the IRS was giving employers two more months to give individuals 2015 forms, for reporting on offers of health coverage. Noted within the article, they are Form 1095-B, Health Coverage, and the Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage. The former deadline was February 1st, 2016, but per the article is now March 31st, 2016. To see more, please follow the link below.
