Happy World Day For Safety & Health At Work! - CoWorx Staffing - ContactCenterWorld.com Blog

Happy World Day For Safety & Health At Work!

Safety is part of the core of our culture at CoWorx Staffing Services. Our #1 goal is to ensure that each employee returns home safely to their family at the end of their day.

We take prevention of workplace illnesses and injuries very seriously in our efforts to protect our workforce and provide our employees with safe working environments. We form strong partnerships with our clients, who also share our passion for workplace safety. When accidents happen, we take the best care of our employee and take every step necessary to investigate the cause and either make a correction or provide additional training. We also strongly encourage and reward our employees for bringing safety concerns to our attention. Everyone plays a part in making this successful.

We celebrate World Day for Safety and Health at Work as heightened awareness of our efforts to be a leader in Loss Prevention, and although today is special, our efforts will be carried out every day!

Safety matters, it’s a group effort, and we are happy to work together to make safety happen!

CallGuard Remote
A flexible way to take secure, PCI DSS compliant payments from home or remote locations. It’s quick to deploy needs no changes to processes or systems.

CallGuard Remote prevents agents from seeing, hearing or recording card details so, the agent, their screen, and any call recordings are removed from the scope of PCI DSS.

This simple approach means the customer effectively types their own payment information into the agent’s payment screen, but with the card details being shielded from the agent’s view. It’s simple, and highly effective.
