Making a sale is just hard sometimes, which leads you to think that maybe you're doing something wrong with your business.

This may be starting to sound like a clichéd pseudo-spiritual click bait article, but it's never been any truer.

Your team will have a better prospect of resulting into a positive result if you face your fear and heading on. Risk happens, take it and the rewards might just be worth it.
