We are a cheerful bunch here at RSVP but I won't lie, this week has been a little tough!
RSVP has always been proud of having the most diverse workforce going, and we truly believe that we are stronger because of it.
The potential blow this week to that unity has knocked us all, but the resilience, hard work and positive attitude of our European staff has proved yet again that if you work together anything is possible.
As a Call Centre and an Actor's Agency, we need and value our European staff. Whatever happens we will find a way to ensure the future of European voices within our business.
We work in a culture of respect and this makes us exceptionally proud, We provide a better service to our clients and a better environment for our staff as a result. No matter what happens in the future, we will continue to fight for this as we believe this is the only way.
Therefore, to all our staff, Thank You. Thank you for being open minded, hard working, wonderful individuals. We cannot do what we do without you.
