Telnet Services is delighted to announce Natasha Dormer’s promotion to the role of Team Leader for our L’Oreal Australia and New Zealand contract. One of our team of highly experienced hairdressers who’sbeen with us from when we launched in 2013, Natasha has led by example by consistently delivering exceptional customer service to L’Oreal’s customers,helping them with their beauty and hair care needs. From day one Natasha has shown a dedication and passion to the L’Oreal brand and has always been prepared to go above and beyond the cause to ensure that L’Oreal’s customer’s needs are met in a highly professional and informative manner. We quickly recognized Natasha’s potential and our Operations team has worked closely with her to up-skill her to ensure she was prepared to take over the role of Team Leader.
Right from the beginning, Natasha stood out from the crowd. Her ability to deal with customers and ensure that they are given the best service is a credit to her. She is never too busy to give a helping hand to her team-mates or to impart to them her incredible wealth of knowledge on all things hair and beauty! She has shown incredible dedication and passion to the campaign and I have absolutely no doubt that the team will go from strength to strength under Natasha’s guidance. We are delighted to recognize her with this promotion and I’m personally looking forward to continuing working closely with her in the future.

I have been a hairdresser now for 21 years and owned my own salon for some of this time. I have used Joico, Matrix, Redken, L’Oreal, Fudge, Schwarzkopf, Colourevolution and American Crew. I specialize in hair extensions and colour. I also do a lot of work with bridal parties.
I really enjoy the challenge of working in a call centre environment but still being able to do what I love in the industry that I love!I am delighted with the opportunity given to me by Telnet and L’Oreal to work as the Team Leader on the team!
