CallNorthWest (CNW) was founded in 2004 with the backing of the Northwest Regional Development Agency and hosted by the University of Central Lancashire. Operating as a Membership organisation, CNW supports the development of good practices within the region's contact centre sector through networking, training, research and positive PR, often accessing public sector support to enhance our member lead activities.
