Headhunter. I’m a recruiter in Oklahoma City and I'm conducting a confidential search for a professional call center manager for both technical service and customer service.
I’m hopeful that you or your members can recommend a good candidate to me, or maybe steer me in the right direction. The company sells a highly engineered industrial product and currently has two separate departments for tech and customer service functions. They need to be combined and the company desires a world class customer support operation which they are far from at this point. There are approximately 15 employees in these service roles. Processes need to be developed with best practices put into place, software needs to be implemented, along with the use of meaningful analytics, and proven leadership skills.
