Junior Blind is a nonprofit agency historically serving the visually impaired. We recently joined a national effort to establish a contact center intent on hiring and leveraging the strengths of those we train.
We are in the early stages of defining our path and most interested in talking to those recognizing the potential synergies.

In my opinion, it requires more work and the same overhead to keep 5-20 seats busy as it does 50+ seats. As such we would like to partner with an established Outsourced Contact Center and assist in creating new opportunities to compete and win large contracts.
With a track record is established, Junior Blind and its partner can jointly pursue federal contracts set aside for the visually impaired.
