Overview

Established in 1989, Teleperformance Hellas is the very first company to introduce contact centre outsourcing provision in Greece and -by far- the largest in the local market. It joined the Teleperformance Group in 1997 and in 2002 it became the Regional Headquarters for Teleperformance Operations in South Europe & the Middle-East. An ISO 9001:2008, COPC OSP, PCI DSS and ISO/IEC 27001 certified company; it operates under the leadership of the founding management team.

Recognized as a “Best Place to Work” in Greece for 2013, it is present in Athens (with 2 different sites), in Chania and in Gjirokastër (South Albania); with a combined capacity of more than 3,800 state-of-the-art agent workstations, 364 seats dedicated to training and over 3,400 employees.
