Overview

Samsung’s Customer Experience Contact Centre in Teleperformance Philippines has been delivering support to UK and Eire customers via voice, email, back office and chat channels since early 2015. The program started with a team of 60 and due to its success has seen growth with a team size now of almost 500 colleagues. The team supports the full breadth of Samsung’s product offering, ranging from TV to Mobile Phones, to Home Appliances and other products.
The shared commitment of Samsung and Teleperformance towards delivering outstanding customer experience has led to steady growth year on year, top ranking KPI performance, and admirable employee satisfaction. Also the utilization of technology to ensure high satisfaction and first time resolution.
