Trygg-Hansa is one of Sweden’s main insurance companies with 1.8 million customers – both private and business – and with 10 billion SEK in premium volumes. Approximately 2,000 people are employed at 30 locations. Customer services for Trygg-Hansa’s private customers are handled by 200 employees at contact centres in Malmö and Växjö.
