HAFIZ program Contact Center is a Tier-1 support center for HAFIZ program beneficiaries through various channels, which is in line with the latest effective communication techniques between HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) and all beneficiaries of their services depending on the various communication channels in order to communicate with customers and aims at providing advice, assistance and technical support rapidly and reaching them through more than one channel.

  2. HAFIZ CC technologies,
  3. social media channels, and CC Tools implementation & upgrades
  4. HAFIZ CC serves for disables
  5. Targeted Key Performance Indicator

Role of the Center:

HAFIZ program Contact Center is a Tier-1 support center for HAFIZ program beneficiaries through various channels, which is in line with the latest effective communication techniques between HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) and all beneficiaries of their services depending on the various communication channels in order to communicate with customers and aims at providing advice, assistance and technical support rapidly and reaching them through more than one channel. And in addition to general inquiry and information services, beneficiaries would also like to have more convenient, more personalized support service, Especially when it comes to special events or in case of complaints or improvement suggestions, customer support request shall always be an urgent need for professional courteous interaction services.
