Dogus Otomotiv determines its business plans according to its vision of offering “creative services beyond expectations,” and builds its corporate strategy with the aim of “being present in all the areas of the automotive value chain.”



Role of the Center:

We provide contact center services to Doğuş Otomotiv's potential or existing customers via phone, chat, e-mail and social media. Through our inbound operations, with our dedicated teams, we give roadside assistance service, aftersales information/complaint management/suggestion services and dealers' appointment service. In our outbound operation we run data verification, data update and satisfaction surveys and also reminder calls.
