Customer Service plays a critical role in driving DHL’s 2020 Strategy of Focus.Connect.Grow. As such, we have in place several processes, tools and programmes to help us consistently provide outstanding quality service. Performance is monitored on a minute by minute basis to ensure that we are meeting our daily KPI’s and most importantly have an accurate record of the level of service we are providing for our customers. We are predominantly an inbound call centre however we also make follow up calls to our customers who raise a service query with us. We support customers by providing quotes, arranging collections and opening traces on their shipment that require follow-up.
