Attending an international conference where all presentations are in English may be challenging for some.
To make the process easier we can rent delegates with 4 or more staff travelling to the event some translation equipment for their co-workers who want to hear the event in their native language. Here is how it works
1. When you book a team of 4 or more send us a request to hire translation equipment
2. We will provide dedicated translation headsets for your team's exclusive use - it includes a transmitter for one of your team to do translation (if you need a separate translator ask us for details) as they will better understand the industry, terminology etc. the rental cost is $49 per person per day using the equipment and $99 for the transmitter per day used by the translator. We will provide the equipment 1 day before the conference so you can get used to it.
