Has anyone used (or heard of or researched or is a provider of) any coaching digital tools or apps, what is the name of them, in what context were they used or can they be used and what was the outcome or your view on it? Just doing some preliminary research on what is available for both front line staff to upper management, across industries and functions, perhaps as an aid to 1:1 coaching.
