What does other company have for Business Recovery Plan for their client contact centers? Do you have phones routed to offsite facilities? Do you have client contact centers in multiple sites throughout the US? If so, how far from each other are they? What is your major concern if a disaster hits? What do you consider as a disaster? Is it when you are down for a few hours, or out for a few days?
Well for us of course we have a back up in cloud, all of our data and files are being stored in a separate cloud server so that whenever something happens or some files or data will be wiped out we have a copy that is secured. Almost all centers today are using cloud so that they will not have a hard time gaining the data that are lost.
