Can someone tell me what steps to follow to improve customer satisfaction?
We have our KPI/Target sets, we do monitor calls and rate agents, but now I need to find ways to improve the call center work and know how is the customer satisfaction.
I was thinking to do surveys, but I know I should have more things to help me understand and improve customer satisfaction.
Can someone help me, please?

Customer service is about knowing your customers, their queries, responding to and resolving customer's issues. Here are some simple steps you can follow in order to embed customer service into your business:
1. Listen to them Carefully- Listen to your customer words what they are saying by either taking notes of it or repeating back what your customer has said. Listen to their tone and provide them clear communication. Ask questions to understand their issues and provide them the proper answer.
2. Look what other Agents in Your Staff are Doing to Handle Customers - Look for more ways in your team how other agents are handling their customers. This will be of great help to you.
3. Offer Something of Value - While contacting your customers, always try to provide valuable information about your product or services or any new offer.
