One of our members is looking for user perspectives on the Pipkins Workforce Management system. If you have direct experience with this tool and are able to share insights, perspectives, or experiences with this solution please let me know and I will connect you directly with the member seeking the information. Thanks in advance.
Lon - I utilized the system extensively from 1994-1999 which may be a little dated. However, I would be happy to share why we selected Pipkins, my implementation experience and my experience with the system. Feel free to contact me. Regards, Kim
I may be a little late replying to your request, but I have gone through a WFM RFP process with a couple of companies and both times implemented Pipkins. Several years ago with a about 1000 seats in multiple locations and more recently in a 450 seat multi site center. I have had great luck with Pipkins and believe the key differentiator is that the entire focus of their business is only WFM, unlike most of the players in this space.
