About the team
The global sales team is made up of Sales Development, Channel, Enablement, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise—all teaming with unbridled passion and grit. Our team helps businesses solve complex communications issues experienced by many around the world.
Your role
As our Head of Sales, Japan, you’ll own the strategy and execution of all revenue segments for Japan. You’ll lead a team of account executives with the goal to accelerate the adoption of the Dialpad platform for all business users in all segments. You’ll also help motivate, coach and guide the team, monitor team member performance, develop account plans and work cross functionally to win in large accounts, develop target account lists with our partner SoftBank, provide weekly forecast updates, conduct sales presentations, and work closely with other partners in the region such as Google, Salesforce, and others.
This position reports to our EVP, Global Sales and is expected to be based in our Tokyo, Japan office.
