The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

Littlefish’s Infrastructure division are looking to further strengthen their team by recruiting for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer. Could this be the perfect role for you?!

Most of the work will be resolving technical issues, some of these may be complex or sensitive and need special handling. As a Junior Infrastructure engineer you will also from time to time be engaged in major incidents for their clients, but you’ll always will have the support of our more experienced Infrastructure Engineers.

Outside of incident resolution, we also expect you to deliver non-standard requests, changes, assist other engineers with issues that they’re struggling with, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

We’re looking for someone that’s new in their career and ready to take the next step. The right candidate should be prepared to work hard to progress, have a proven passion for personal development, and the potential to be one of our future stars.

It will be a distinct advantage to have basic knowledge of managing and maintaining a Windows server environment and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a technical role.  Any of the following certifications are also desirable, but not essential:

• AZ900
• MS900
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
