Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive
Salary: up to £31k (plus exceptional benefits)
Role: Permanent Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week
An exciting new position has become available for leading consumer-based family run organisation that has a global presence. The role of Customer Relationship Executive will report into the Consumer Relationship Manager.
The main responsibility for this role is to provide first line support for the external contact centre and to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Working with relevant stakeholders to establish facts, reports and trends of enquires
- Bring the voice of the customer into the business by producing reports
- Looking at ways to improve the operational running of the consumer care team
- Manage the consumer care general administration of PO, invoices and samples
This position would ideally suit someone that has worked in the FMCG/Consumer industry that has supported external contact centres and acted as a first line support
